Role Overview

The Global Head of Organization Development will lead company-wide learning, culture, onboarding, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. This role is responsible for shaping scalable global programs, improving employee experience, and driving AI-enabled transformation across OD processes.

Learning Strategy and Programs

  • Create and roll out organization-wide learning strategies that support key business goals.
  • Build e-learning journeys, workshops, and blended learning formats.
  • Evaluate training resources and continuously refine solutions to improve learning impact and efficiency.

Culture and Values

  • Own the global culture strategy from design through execution across departments and regions.
  • Strengthen cultural adoption through practical actions beyond standard onboarding procedures.
  • Champion the company’s values and organizational culture internally.

Onboarding and New Hire Experience

  • Oversee the complete onboarding journey for new employees, from pre-joining through probation confirmation, in coordination with SSC, IT, and business teams.
  • Create consistent, scalable orientation programs suitable for different global offices and employee groups.

Leadership and Talent Development

  • Develop and deliver leadership training that strengthens management capability.
  • Support performance management, promotion reviews, and other key talent processes.

AI-Driven Organizational Development

  • Lead the use of AI to improve OD workflows and identify automation opportunities.
  • Work with the AI team to turn tools into practical learning solutions for non-technical staff.

Stakeholder and Vendor Management

  • Manage OD budgets and maintain effective relationships with external vendors and consultants.
  • Provide training needs analysis and organizational development advice across business lines.
  • Partner with leadership and HR teams to support the wider HR operating model.
  • Improve processes, policies, and service delivery to enhance the employee experience globally.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in learning and development or organizational development, with a minimum of 2 years in a team leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms and learning management systems.
  • Strong project management and budget control skills, with the ability to deliver high-impact solutions using limited resources.
  • Good commercial judgment, along with strong communication and negotiation abilities across teams.
  • Ability to build trust and work effectively with employees, vendors, and senior leaders across different cultures.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Confident presentation and facilitation skills, including experience presenting to C-level stakeholders and large groups.
  • Familiarity with a range of digital and multimedia training tools and learning formats.
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable enterprise talent development initiatives.
  • Strong interest in AI, with practical experience using AI tools in workplace settings.
  • Experience in fast-growing global companies; fintech, crypto, or financial services exposure is preferred.
