Role Overview

We seek a Global CRM Manager - Campaigns responsible for the ideation, execution, and continual optimization of global CRM campaigns spanning both B2C and B2B sectors. This role centers on hands-on delivery—from conceptualizing to deploying diverse campaigns, including ad hoc, commercial, and cross-market initiatives. Additionally, the manager will support and empower local teams by offering CRM expertise and ensuring campaign quality and consistency. Collaboration with the Technical CRM Manager will be essential to lead end-to-end B2B CRM initiatives, optimize triggered communications, and enhance product onboarding and lifecycle campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation, adaptation, approval, and launch of global CRM campaigns across B2C and B2B domains.
  • Manage the execution of B2B CRM campaigns, focusing on recurring and automated communications.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Lifecycle teams to synchronize campaigns with overarching business strategies.
  • Deliver CRM guidance, training, and best practice frameworks to local markets to ensure scalable campaign implementation.
  • Advise local teams on CRM strategies and uphold operational standards.
  • Provide expert knowledge of Braze and SFMC platforms to enhance local marketer capabilities and optimize platform utilization.
  • Continuously refine CRM workflows, briefing procedures, and operations to increase efficiency.
  • Identify and address recurrent challenges by partnering with the Senior Automation Manager to drive automation and standardization.
  • Implement improvements that minimize risks and accelerate campaign delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated extensive experience managing CRM campaigns in both B2C and B2B frameworks.
  • Proficiency in hands-on utilization of Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud for campaign creation and deployment.
  • Experience designing enablement materials, such as playbooks and training sessions, for diverse and distributed marketing teams.
  • Strong attention to quality assurance and governance, managing to high standards under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across global and local teams.
  • Preferred: Experience in B2B CRM including account-based communications and lifecycle marketing.
  • Preferred: Collaboration experience with user experience research or product research teams.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with project management software, e.g., Asana.

Work Distribution

  • Approximately 50% of the role involves global campaign execution (from ideation to deployment across B2C and B2B).
  • About 25% dedicated to supporting local markets via enablement and advisory roles.
  • Remaining 25% focused on governance, quality assurance, and process improvements.
