Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Global Admission Officer to support international admissions and visa-related operations. This role calls for practical experience in overseas admission procedures, visa documentation, and strong communication and coordination abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete admission workflow for international universities and institutional partners.
- Prepare, review, and manage application documents as well as admission formalities.
- Guide applicants through visa processing and the supporting documentation needed for it.
- Coordinate and communicate with foreign delegates, university representatives, and global partners.
- Share correct details about courses, universities, eligibility criteria, and admission rules.
- Keep records organized and ensure timely follow-ups with partner institutions and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with international partners and delegates, including participation in workshops and related engagements.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in international admissions and visa processing.
- Strong understanding of study-abroad destinations such as the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, and European countries.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Proven experience coordinating with foreign delegates and university representatives.
- Strong people skills with good planning and coordination ability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and handle several applications at once.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM platforms is preferred.
- Prior exposure to international admission documentation and partner coordination will be an advantage.
- Experience in overseas education or admission operations is considered a plus.
Preferred Background
Candidates with a background in overseas education, international admissions, visa support, or admission operations are especially well suited for this role.
Additional Information
This position is based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India and is a full-time, onsite role.
