Role Overview

We are looking for a GIS Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining GIS applications and tools that enable effective geospatial data management, analysis, and visualization. Collaborating with the development team and stakeholders, you will transform business and geospatial needs into efficient, scalable solutions while following industry best practices and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain GIS applications using Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript, Python, .NET SDK, and React.js.
• Implement geospatial features such as spatial analysis, geocoding, routing, and interactive maps in enterprise systems.
• Build automated GIS workflows and spatial analysis tools.
• Provide technical leadership and advice on GIS architecture and solution design.
• Integrate GIS functionalities with existing enterprise and third-party platforms.
• Customize GIS tools and workflows to fulfill specific client requirements.
• Manage geospatial data acquisition, processing, validation, and quality control.
• Ensure data integrity and alignment with organizational and industry standards.
• Assist in designing and maintaining geodatabases and spatial data models.
• Troubleshoot and optimize GIS applications and services.
• Offer technical support for GIS deployments and issues.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and project managers.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science, GIS, Geomatics, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Experience deploying and administering GIS solutions on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.
• Over 10 years of experience working with Esri ArcGIS platform, including ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Pro.
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python, JavaScript, and .NET frameworks.
• Strong understanding of spatial data models, geodatabases, GIS architecture, and integration with external systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate remotely with clients and teams.
• Familiarity with data protection regulations.
