Job description
About the Role
This is a fixed-term contract opportunity for a German Language Specialist in Global Customer Assurance, based in Gurgaon or Bangalore, India, for 6 months. You will manage the complete lifecycle of customer support tickets ensuring timely resolution and communication. The role involves 24/7 operations support including handling customer incidents and requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), enhancing the customer experience by proactively improving Net Emotional Score (NES), and liaising with customers and vendors to maintain transparent updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the entire process of resolving and communicating on customer support tickets.
- Respond promptly to all incidents and service requests adhering to 24/7 operational SLAs.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and experience by focusing on improving NES scores.
- Handle customer and Other Licensed Operators (OLO) communications via email and phone in German, following prescribed procedures and documenting incidents meticulously.
- Provide consistent status updates to customers and vendors regarding ticket progress.
- Follow up proactively on negative customer feedback to improve experience.
- Assign unresolved incidents to the correct support teams and manage customer escalations effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Any graduate with at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills in German and English including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Demonstrated commercial and customer service experience.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
