Open roles

The event is for multiple maintenance-related positions, including Millwright, Electrician, Shift Engineer, and Maintenance Planner.

Millwright role

• Starting pay: $44.02 per hour.
• Carry out corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance to keep equipment dependable and reduce downtime.
• Diagnose issues, repair machinery, install components, and make modifications in a busy production setting.
• Work in line with safety, food safety, and company procedures while contributing to continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with trades and other departments, and keep work orders and maintenance records accurate and complete.

Electrician role

• Starting pay: $44.02 per hour.
• Service and maintain filling equipment, pasteurizing systems, packaging lines, and conveyors used in dairy production.
• Perform electrical modifications on equipment as needed.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks on assigned assets.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical failures to support production efficiency.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and manuals for industrial electrical installations.
• Test electrical and electronic components for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance.

Shift Engineer role

• Starting pay: $47.42 per hour.
• Handle maintenance work related to refrigeration systems, auxiliary equipment, pumps, motors, and high-pressure steam plant equipment.
• Operate plant refrigeration and heating systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on related equipment.
• Prepare and maintain required records such as work orders and logbooks.

Maintenance Planner role

• Organize, prioritize, and schedule maintenance work using weekly and daily plans that align with operations and equipment availability.
• Set task priorities using risk assessment tools and build detailed work packages covering labor, materials, tools, and safety needs.
• Work with maintenance teams, contractors, and other stakeholders while monitoring progress and sharing updates.
• Use CMMS tools such as SAP, keep documentation accurate, and uphold safety and food safety compliance.
• Education and experience requirement: a mechanical or electrical diploma or degree plus at least 3 years of maintenance planning experience, ideally in food manufacturing, along with a strong understanding of safe work practices.
