Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Geo Regional Revenue Operations Business Partner to serve the EMEA & Israel geography. This pivotal role requires strong cross-functional leadership and strategic operational support directed at the sales leadership team. Reporting directly to the VP of Worldwide Revenue Operations, this position is open for remote work within the United Kingdom.
The successful candidate will act as a collaborative business partner, delivering operational and analytic support to enable proactive insights for business development and enhancement. This hands-on position demands a proactive, detail-oriented strategist, skilled in analyzing data and driving sales productivity through structured business rhythms and key performance indicators.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a consistent regional business cadence with sales leaders that drives reliable outcomes and meets critical KPIs.
- Lead regular pipeline and forecast meetings to enhance forecasting accuracy and CRM data quality.
- Coordinate quarterly business reviews and team meetings to communicate insights and actionable recommendations.
- Develop and refine dashboards that improve sales team effectiveness.
- Identify sales performance issues and bottlenecks, providing tailored solutions for improvement.
- Analyze whitespace opportunities in the market to fuel growth initiatives.
- Work with Sales Enablement to craft and deliver effective sales training and onboarding programs.
- Influence senior regional management with clear, data-driven narratives to drive business decisions.
- Build and nurture cross-departmental relationships to support seamless deal flow and process improvements.
- Champion continuous enhancements in sales processes by collaborating with teams including Finance, Marketing, PS, Enablement, Renewals, and HR.
- Lead operational training programs for sales systems, processes, and initiatives.
- Support fiscal year planning duties encompassing quota setting, headcount management, segmentation, territory alignment, and GTM strategies.
- Drive implementation and adoption of sales tools and best practices, specifically in platforms like Salesforce.com, Clari, and Qlik.
- Provide forward-looking insights beyond reporting, highlighting early risks and growth drivers while fostering decisive action.
- Maintain executive presence by delivering meaningful strategies that prompt decisions and encourage collaborative problem-solving.
- Ensure GM accountability through clear, data-backed action plans and a culture of disciplined sales execution.
- Exercise sound judgment and adaptability when interacting with different stakeholders under pressure, balancing immediate operational demands with long-term strategic goals.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in revenue operations or a related field within a B2B software environment.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities suited to address complex and unforeseen challenges.
- Experience managing both new customer acquisition and recurring revenue or renewal streams.
- Proven track record of making informed decisions and recommendations in complex situations.
- Previous collaboration with finance, accounting, legal, and sales teams to create scalable revenue-driving processes.
- Strong cross-functional leadership demonstrated by managing or cooperating with diverse teams.
- Experienced in both strategic long-range planning and immediate tactical operations.
- Capable of influencing outcomes through persuasive communication without direct authority over resources.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment with a focus on results.
- Highly motivated with a team-oriented attitude and passion for achieving success.
- Extensive hands-on expertise with Salesforce.com system design, database management, and administration.
- Comprehensive knowledge of sales best practices and superior communication skills.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
Education
A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; a master's degree or MBA is preferred.
Location
This position is fully remote but candidates must be based in the United Kingdom.
