About the Company

Our client is a specialist company managing and delivering precise, high-quality projects across multiple sectors including commercial, hospitality, healthcare, pharmaceutical, industrial, retail, and education. Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage the movement of materials to and from warehouse locations.
  • Coordinate deliveries and transport materials to various site locations.
  • Transport equipment, plant, and materials between different sites as needed.
  • Operate power tools and plant machinery when required.
  • Perform manual labor tasks assigned by the Site Manager.
  • Oversee servicing and maintenance of equipment and plant.
  • Assist with site preparations, including erecting fencing (Heras) and installing site offices.
  • Install signage as directed.
  • Set up temporary structures such as mobile towers.
  • Complete general and skilled labor duties on site.
  • Maintain high standards of site housekeeping.
  • Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Site Manager, including site opening and locking, managing site access and log-ins, and coordinating deliveries.
  • Perform site administrative duties as necessary.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience working on construction sites.
  • Physically capable of handling lifting, transporting, and cleaning activities.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills with fluent English.
  • Detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Honest, adaptable, efficient, and self-driven.
  • Possession of a full clean driving license (mandatory).
  • Valid Safe Pass certification (mandatory).
  • Manual Handling training preferred.
  • Abrasive Wheels training preferred.
  • CSCS Mobile Access Tower Scaffold training considered an advantage.

Work Location

This position involves working and traveling among various construction sites across Leinster, predominantly within the Greater Dublin Area.
