Role Overview
This opportunity is for a Production Mechanical / Automotive Operative in Dublin. The role is suited to someone with hands-on vehicle experience who can carry out rust removal and wax application work to a high standard while supporting efficient shop-floor operations.

- Annual pay of €40,000, which includes the workshop bonus
- Basic rate of €17.99 per hour, rising to €19.99 per hour when the bonus is included

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out rust removal and wax application on vehicles accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality expectations.
- Work in line with the agreed procedures and standards for waxing activities.
- Contribute to improvement efforts that help raise productivity and streamline operations.
Requirements
- A full driving licence is required.
- Previous experience working on vehicles is necessary.
- A willingness to learn and apply lean manufacturing methods for better process performance.
- Availability to work shifts when needed.
- Ability to work at the NVD Baldonnell site if required.
Additional Skills
- Experience with automotive crash repair or bodyshop work, including surface preparation, masking, and spraying, would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with waxing tools and techniques used in vehicle refurbishment would also be beneficial.
Qualifications
- High school qualifications or a college degree.
- Certification in automotive services or a related discipline would be a plus.
