  • Define and execute strategies for user acquisition, product enhancements, and market expansions.
  • Lead and cultivate the Viber Pay team, driving high performance, accountability, and a strong organizational culture.
  • Collaborate closely as a member of the executive leadership team reporting directly to Viber's CEO.
  • Oversee product and marketing initiatives to create features that promote active payment usage within Viber’s user ecosystem.
  • Manage strategies for acquiring and engaging users to transform Viber reach into consistent payment activity.
  • Drive new market entries including ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, DevOps, architecture, legal, and finance to achieve business goals.
  • Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and compliance partners to meet industry standards.

Candidate Qualifications

  • At least 10 years in senior leadership roles within neo-banking, consumer banking apps, or standalone fintech products.
  • Proven experience managing complete P&L responsibility and delivering business results.
  • Ability to lead across product development, engineering, and marketing functions.
  • Experience in building and sustaining high-performing, motivated teams.
  • Strong consumer growth expertise demonstrated by developing payment habits in B2C financial products.
  • Highly data-oriented, adept at defining critical metrics, analyzing funnel and retention data, and using insights for decision-making.
  • Based in London and able to work onsite.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in regulated payments environments such as Payment Institutions (PI), Electronic Money Institutions (EMI), or Payment Service Providers (PSP).
  • History of scaling operations across multiple countries or international markets.
  • Leadership experience within larger technology companies managing dedicated business units.
  • Familiarity with messaging platforms or super-app ecosystems is advantageous.
