A high-end women’s beauty salon in Dubai is looking for an accomplished General Manager who can fully own the business and steer it into its next stage of expansion. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity rather than a standard supervisory position.

The company’s ambition is to turn its first premium outlet into a standout beauty brand and grow it into several branches across Dubai over the next five years. The person hired will play a key part in that journey, bringing an owner’s mindset, a history of scaling businesses, and the drive to create something exceptional.

What the role covers

You will be responsible for end-to-end business performance, including operations, revenue, profitability, people management, client experience, and expansion planning. Your focus will be on improving the business and setting it up for scale.

Key responsibilities

• Increase customer acquisition, grow revenue, and improve net profitability consistently from month to month.
• Design, strengthen, and maintain efficient operational systems, workflows, and quality benchmarks.
• Hire, coach, and retain a strong team across all parts of the business.
• Ensure every client receives an exceptional experience that encourages repeat visits and referrals.
• Work with the marketing team to drive marketing activity and commercial growth initiatives.
• Find and secure partnerships that help broaden the customer reach.
• Track business KPIs and performance metrics with clarity and full accountability.
• Prepare the salon for operational and commercial expansion into multiple branches.
• Plan and manage the launch of future branches.
