About the Company
The hiring company is an international technology business focused on advanced energy storage and critical power systems. As demand rises for AI infrastructure, the organization is broadening its North American presence with a strong emphasis on next-generation data center power offerings such as Battery Backup Units (BBU), High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC), and other essential power technologies.
Role Overview
This leadership role is centered on scaling the North American business, building strong customer relationships, and guiding the commercial strategy for AI and data center power solutions across the region.
What You Will Do
- Design and implement the business strategy for North America.
- Expand business opportunities with major cloud, AI infrastructure, and data center clients.
- Develop senior-level relationships with key customers and partners.
- Manage complex sales pursuits from first contact to long-term account growth.
- Assist with customer qualification requirements and supplier approval workflows.
- As the business scales, establish and manage the regional commercial team.
- Work closely with engineering, supply chain, and product functions to help ensure customer success.
Profile and Experience
The ideal candidate brings more than 10 years of commercial leadership experience in data center power, critical power, or a closely related field. Hands-on exposure to BBU, HVDC, UPS, battery energy storage, or comparable data center power infrastructure is important. You should have a strong history of engaging hyperscale, cloud, AI infrastructure, or other large enterprise customers, along with experience managing strategic accounts and extended sales cycles. Familiarity with vendor qualification and approved supplier processes is also required, as is a background in building teams and growing a regional business in North America.

- Take full ownership of the North American business with substantial autonomy.
- Work with some of the largest AI and cloud infrastructure customers in the world.
- Contribute to the future of advanced data center power solutions.
- Gain strong long-term career growth and leadership exposure.
