Role Overview
An established hospitality business is looking for a seasoned General Manager to oversee a high-end nightlife venue in Dubai. The position calls for a leader who can shape memorable guest experiences for an international VIP audience while steering the venue toward strong commercial performance.
The role combines operational leadership, premium hospitality standards, and business management in one of Dubai’s most prestigious nightlife settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of day-to-day venue operations and ensure smooth execution across all departments.
- Design and elevate premium entertainment experiences and concepts suited to a luxury nightlife environment.
- Monitor and improve financial results, including overall commercial performance.
- Foster strong relationships with VIP guests and maintain a high level of personalised service.
- Guide, motivate, and coordinate department heads to keep teams aligned and effective.
- Ensure every guest receives a polished, world-class experience throughout their visit.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant brings prior General Manager experience gained in luxury nightlife or premium hospitality. A confident leadership style, a global outlook, strong English communication skills, and a clear commercial focus are all important for success in this position.
Compensation
The salary range is AED 45,000 to AED 65,000 per month, with additional bonus and benefits offered.
