Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site leadership position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, overseeing a luxury hotel and residences. The General Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations across the property, ensuring outstanding experiences for both guests and residents. The role calls for strong operational leadership, financial stewardship, team development, and close coordination with stakeholders to uphold service excellence and protect the brand’s reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the daily running of the hotel and residential operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain consistently high standards across all luxury hospitality touchpoints.
- Lead, guide, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest and resident care.
- Develop and execute strategic plans that support business growth and operational success.
- Oversee budgets, financial performance, and revenue targets.
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Handle staff development initiatives and promote a culture of accountability and excellence.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated leadership ability with strong team management and sound judgment.
- Background in luxury hotel operations or high-end residential property management.
- Hands-on exposure to guest services, operations, and facilities management.
- Solid capability in budgeting, financial review, and revenue-focused planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to uphold premium service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with good critical-thinking skills.
- Understanding of the hospitality market in the UAE.
- A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a closely related subject is preferred.
