Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to take the helm at the Downtown Los Angeles site, the largest venue in the company. This leadership role demands an individual with demonstrated expertise managing high-volume, large-format restaurants and teams exceeding 30 staff members. You will collaborate initially with the current GM during a transition period before assuming full responsibility.

• Oversee all facets of daily operations, including financial performance, guest experience, and service standards.
• Develop and mentor the team ensuring high morale and consistent execution of brand values.
• Drive sales growth and business expansion opportunities through analytics and strategic initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary between $120,000 and $150,000 annually, dependent on experience.
