Position Overview and Benefits
We are seeking a dedicated General Manager for a reputable hospitality brand based in Dublin. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the management team.
- Steer sales growth, enhance profitability, and oversee operational efficiency.
- Monitor and control critical business KPIs, including labour expenditure and workforce productivity.
- Ensure superior customer service standards and maintain operational excellence.
- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
- Evaluate performance data and apply strategic commercial plans to improve outcomes.
- Handle recruitment, training initiatives, and continuous development of staff.
- Cultivate a strong workplace culture centered on team, customer satisfaction, and business advancement.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will currently hold a position such as General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Senior Assistant Manager, or Area Manager. Relevant industry experience should be within restaurants, quick service restaurants (QSR), hospitality, food retail, or convenience retail. We are looking for a confident leader with a verified history of achieving targets, fostering team growth, and excelling in a dynamic operational setting.
