Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with exterior cleaning tasks including gutter clearing, power washing, window cleaning, and moss removal.
• Conduct minor repair and maintenance duties such as caulking, trimming repairs, deck and fence patch-ups, alongside general manual labour activities.
• Ensure workplaces remain safe and clean, protecting client property while strictly adhering to safety standards.
• Utilize basic power and hand tools with responsibility.
• Manage loading, unloading, and organization of materials and equipment on job locations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients as required.
• Follow given directives, fulfill deadlines, and maintain high-quality workmanship.

Candidate Requirements

• Background in construction, cleaning, or general labour preferred, though training will be provided.
• Strong commitment to work ethic and safety compliance.
• Physical capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds and perform duties outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable working at heights using ladders and employing hand tools.
• A positive, dependable individual with a team-oriented attitude.
• Having a valid driver's license and a clean driving record is advantageous.
