Role Overview

This full-time permanent production role is based in London, Ontario, at 1577 Wilton Grove Rd. The team is hiring dependable, driven people to support the manufacture of high-quality food products.

Work Schedule

The standard schedule is Monday to Friday, five days a week, from 4:20pm to 12:50am. Shift timings may change as needed. The operation may also require occasional Saturday overtime.

What You Will Do

  • Work in different production-line functions to help make high-quality poultry products while meeting health, safety, and food quality standards.
  • Check product quality and required specifications, and complete necessary inspections.
  • Run production machinery, including setting parameters, tracking performance, and escalating any problems.
  • Rotate between trimming and tray packing tasks in front and back debone areas.
  • Load machines and manage product sorting.
  • Carry out bulk packaging tasks.
  • Handle additional duties based on daily operational needs and work overtime when required.

  • Use and help maintain production equipment.
  • Follow established safety and quality procedures.
  • Support packing and labeling activities.
  • Keep the work area clean, orderly, and efficient.
  • Take on other tasks as assigned by the team.

Compensation

The hourly wage is $23.89. Additional non-discretionary pay may be offered depending on the shift.

Qualifications

Applicants should be comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment and be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong focus on detail and safety is important. Experience in manufacturing or food production is considered an advantage. Reliable transportation to the worksite is also needed.
