About the Role

Join SIXT as a full-time General Estimator and play a crucial role in our Fleet Maintenance operations. You will be responsible for the accuracy of all estimates, ensuring smooth processes within the team. This position involves reviewing vendor estimates, providing essential feedback to rental locations, and assisting management with vendor selection and performance analysis. Your Responsibilities at SIXT

Review and validate all estimates provided by third-party vendors for fleet maintenance.
Manage the approval or rejection process for estimates and any subsequent revisions to ensure precision.
Communicate with rental locations to offer feedback and guidance, facilitating quicker estimate approvals.
Maintain comprehensive audit trails for all estimates received from external vendors and repair facilities.
Analyze the performance of vendors, compiling reports and recommendations for management.
Undertake additional duties as required to support business objectives and team needs.

Your Skills and Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in repair estimation, with proficiency in estimating software such as Mitchell Cloud Estimating, CCC, or comparable systems.
Demonstrate knowledge of vehicle salvage processes.
Hold a bachelor's degree; an associate's degree coupled with relevant experience is also considered.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
Exhibit strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Display a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational capabilities, and strong decision-making acumen.
Show adaptability, the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, and a consistent record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Be prepared to work a flexible schedule as needed.
