Position Overview

Join the BaxterStorey team as a Food Service Assistant at St Andrew's House, Edinburgh. This part-time role offers a competitive hourly wage of £13.44 and runs Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Please note this position requires successful security clearance.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage service with professionalism and friendliness
• Anticipate and effectively meet guests’ needs throughout their visit
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns courteously
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operational flow and foster an inclusive workplace
• Comply strictly with health and safety regulations and relevant food service standards
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and dining areas

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Genuine enthusiasm for food and customer service

• Previous experience in food service or a related customer service role is advantageous
