GenAI Multilingual Specialist — LLM/VLM Evaluation & SFT Expert - Fresher (Remote, Part-Time)

About the Role

As a GenAI Multilingual Specialist, you will serve as the critical "human reasoning layer" in advancing AI technology by evaluating AI-generated multilingual content for accuracy, logic, adherence to instructions, and cultural appropriateness. Your contributions will span supervised fine-tuning across several languages, rubric-based scoring, fact checking, and multimodal assessment involving both images and text.

Key Duties

• Assess AI-generated outputs for quality, reasoning correctness, factual authenticity, and adherence to project rules.
• Develop and validate multilingual supervised fine-tuning (SFT) datasets to enhance AI model capabilities across diverse languages and fields.
• Examine the connection between images and text to ensure contextual and multimodal reasoning accuracy.
• Rate AI responses using defined scoring systems and evaluation frameworks.
• Authenticate factual claims by consulting authoritative resources and apply citation standards to differentiate factual data from unsupported assertions.
• Detect ambiguous or problematic outputs, identify policy issues and logical inconsistencies requiring escalation or further review.
• Adhere closely to detailed project standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality benchmarks while managing high volumes of evaluation tasks.

Who Can Apply

Applicants must be able to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Indian Standard Time. While based outside India, the company operates on this schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent or native-level proficiency in at least one target language with strong reading and writing skills.
• Excellent analytical capabilities to objectively evaluate content and identify discrepancies, logical gaps, and quality flaws.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to follow complex project directives precisely.
• Effective communication skills suitable for independent remote work environments.
• Research aptitude and fact-checking abilities, including verifying information via credible and authoritative sources.
• Preferred experience includes freelance work, translation, content evaluation, annotation, AI data projects, or localization.
• Highly valued prior involvement in AI/ML annotation, large language model (LLM) evaluation, or supervised fine-tuning initiatives.
• Strong academic or professional background in computer science, biology, law, finance, physics, mathematics, or engineering is advantageous.
