Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented GEM Tender Executive to join our team at Seamake in Vile Parle, Mumbai. This role involves diligent monitoring of public procurement portals to identify relevant procurement opportunities for treatment plants, preparing comprehensive bid documentation along with active coordination across multiple departments, and managing risk and compliance aspects related to tender submissions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Daily surveillance of procurement platforms like Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP) to discover applicable tender opportunities.
- Preparing detailed documentation including technical specifications, commercial bid details, declarations, statutory certificates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Uploading accurate and complete electronic tender submissions using Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) ahead of deadlines.
- Collaborating with engineering, process, and finance teams to obtain precise cost estimates and technical designs.
- Monitoring tender updates, addressing client queries, and managing financial securities such as Earnest Money Deposits (EMD) and Bank Guarantees.
