Role overview
Parlour Gelato is looking for a customer-facing gelato server to join its lively Singapore outlet. The role suits someone who enjoys interacting with people, delivering friendly service, and working in a fast-paced food service setting.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm and approachable manner and accurately record their orders.
- Serve gelato portions while following the shop’s presentation and serving standards.
- Provide samples and suggest flavours or products based on customer preferences.
- Operate the cashier system and process payments through cash and card.
- Keep the service counter and surrounding area neat, clean, and hygienic throughout the day.
- Replenish gelato, cones, toppings, and other operating supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food handling, hygiene, and sanitation requirements at all times.
- Support store opening and closing routines when assigned.
Work environment
This is an onsite position in Singapore within a fun and energetic hospitality setting.
