Gino's Gelato is hiring a Gelato Maker for its store in The Crescent Shopping Centre, Limerick. The business is a fast-growing nationwide gelato chain, and this role is suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, takes pride in quality, and is comfortable in a lively retail setting.

The position is fully flexible and may include mornings, afternoons, early evenings, weekdays, and weekends. The company would prefer someone who lives locally. Prior experience is welcome, but it is not mandatory because full training will be provided.

Key duties

• Engage with customers directly and aim to consistently meet or outperform service expectations.
• Prepare fresh gelato each day in line with the company’s recipes and quality standards.
• Manage stock levels and place product orders when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for both colleagues and customers.
• Follow all company procedures at all times, with particular attention to HACCP and food safety standards.

Working pattern

This is a permanent full-time role, with around 30 to 35 hours per week. Shifts can include early starts, afternoons, evenings, and weekend work.

Pay

The role offers pay of €14.25 per hour.
