About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned High Fashion Merchandiser to become a vital part of our luxury brand operations. The successful applicant will bring a solid experience base from the apparel, clothing, or fashion sector and possess a sharp sense for current and upcoming fashion trends. The role focuses on formulating strategic merchandising plans and working closely with design, production, and sales teams to heighten brand awareness and stimulate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement merchandising strategies that enhance product mix and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct detailed market research and analyze trends to monitor shifting fashion preferences and customer demands.
• Partner with design and manufacturing departments to carefully choose and organize collections congruent with the brand’s values and client expectations.
• Utilize sales data and industry trends for predicting future demand and managing inventory levels accordingly.
• Manage the standards of visual merchandising to maintain an attractive and coherent presentation in retail environments and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and retail teams to support promotional activities and boost brand exposure.
• Build and sustain productive relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely supply chain operations.
• Track sales outcomes and deliver actionable insights to refine merchandising techniques continuously.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in merchandising specifically within the apparel, clothing, or fashion industries.
• In-depth knowledge of high fashion market tendencies and consumer behavior patterns.
• Strong analytical skills combined with strategic planning abilities.
• Experienced with inventory management systems and proficient in sales forecasting tools.
