Job description
Role Overview
The Gardener Supervisor leads and manages the gardening team to maintain lawns and gardens in excellent condition. The role involves overseeing daily activities such as planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, pest and disease control, as well as irrigation management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the gardening workforce ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate activities including lawn and garden maintenance, planting, pruning, and watering schedules.
- Ensure appropriate application of fertilizers and soil nourishment techniques.
- Monitor and control pests and diseases to maintain plant health.
- Oversee correct and safe operation of gardening tools and equipment.
- Maintain the overall aesthetics and health of garden areas.
