Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Gardener to become part of our Summerset Waikanae village team. This role involves upkeep and enhancement of the burgeoning Milldale village's outdoor areas, including plant care, pruning, bedding, seasonal plantings, lawn mowing, landscaping, and hedge trimming. You will contribute significantly to the upkeep of inviting and well-maintained spaces for residents and visitors throughout the seasons.

Responsibilities

Supporting the Property Manager in daily garden maintenance, this role requires attentiveness to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to carry out physically demanding tasks efficiently.

Qualifications and Attributes

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for gardening supported by proven experience. A friendly disposition and eagerness to engage with residents are important. You should be self-motivated yet collaborative, organized, physically capable, and able to manage your schedule to complete all duties effectively.

Additional Information

Position Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
