Gardener

Job Overview

This position involves the maintenance of public green spaces in the city of Pärnu. The role includes diverse tasks related to plant care and landscape upkeep.

Primary Duties

• Operating a category B van;
• Weeding;
• Planting flowers;
• Watering plants;
• Pruning perennial stems and shrub branches;
• Mowing grass;
• Performing other landscaping activities as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic education completion;
• Proficiency in Estonian language: B1 level speaking, A2 level writing;
• Possession of a valid category B driving license;
• Basic computer skills;
• Possession of a driving license with good driving skills;
• Willingness and readiness to work outdoors under various weather conditions, except heavy rain, storms, or extreme weather;
• Good physical health and endurance for manual work;
• Previous experience as a gardener or landscaper;
• Having a relevant vocational certificate (gardener level 4 or landscape builder level 4 or higher) is highly advantageous.

• Working hours: Full-time or part-time;
• Flexible work schedule; employees can select their own working hours;
• Employment duration: Fixed term until the end of the season, 31.10.2026;
• Start date: As soon as possible.
