Gaming Computer Store Supervisor (Sales & Customer Follow-Up)

About the Role

Dragon Master for Electronics specializes in gaming PCs, offering custom-built computers, components, and gaming peripherals to a dedicated community throughout the UAE. We are currently expanding and looking for a Store Supervisor who is highly sales-oriented, not just focused on supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the primary responder to all sales inquiries received via WhatsApp and walk-in customers during store hours, aiming to reply within one hour.
• Manage and follow up on all open quotations diligently on day 2 and day 5 after initial contact, ensuring all follow-ups are logged and tracked methodically.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions based on performance.
• Handle store operations such as maintaining accurate stock levels, proper merchandising, and managing opening and closing responsibilities.
• Prepare weekly sales pipeline reports and handover updates to the store owner for review.

Requirements

• Fluent command of both Arabic and English languages, spoken and written, to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
• A minimum of two years experience in a sales role involving personal sales targets, preferably in sectors like electronics, telecommunications, automotive, or real estate.
• Sound technical knowledge of PC hardware, capable of confidently explaining differences in components such as processor generations and GPU tiers to customers.
• Comfortable selling through multiple channels including WhatsApp, phone, and direct face-to-face interactions.
• Currently residing in Abu Dhabi or able to relocate immediately to the area.
• Preferred qualifications include a background in PC gaming, familiarity with quote or CRM tracking systems, and experience working in a small business environment with diverse responsibilities.
