Game Quality Assurance Tester

Position Overview

We are seeking a Gameplay Data Capture Specialist for a contract role focused on quality assurance within the gaming industry. This remote position involves playing high-quality AAA games to systematically collect gameplay data using specialized tools, ensuring data accuracy and clear communication with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with a variety of leading AAA games to meticulously capture gameplay data utilizing proprietary software.
• Accurately record, organize, and annotate gaming sessions while maintaining attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with peers and team leaders, providing effective feedback and status updates.
• Identify and resolve technical difficulties related to recording and data gathering processes.
• Securely store, catalog, and transfer all gathered data according to established project protocols.
• Maintain consistent, timely verbal and written communication with the remote client team.

Required Qualifications

• Genuine enthusiasm and prior experience playing AAA titles, with access to the relevant games required for the assignment.
• Demonstrated gameplay skills and the ability to execute capture instructions accurately.
• Strong and clear communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on promptness and precision.
• Possess a high-end gaming PC capable of running and recording the latest AAA games without compromising performance.
• Familiarity with gameplay recording or data capture tools, either industry standard or proprietary, is advantageous.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and dependable when working remotely.
• Effective problem-solving aptitude and flexibility to adapt in dynamic environments.

Compensation and Work Details

• Hourly pay range from $10 to $18 per hour.
• Commitment expected between 10 to 40 hours weekly.
