About the Role
Technobrilliant Learning Solutions is seeking a devoted Fullstack Java and Python Trainer to conduct comprehensive industry-centric training sessions at our Shivajinagar, Pune location. This full-time position is designed for professionals with up to 2 years of experience, who are enthusiastic about educating and empowering students through practical guidance and project-oriented learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver both theoretical and hands-on training in Full Stack Java and Python technologies.
- Organize coding exercises, assignments, and work on live projects alongside students.
- Design course materials, assessments, and supporting technical documents.
- Assist students in developing projects and resolving technical challenges.
- Assess learner progress through evaluations, presentations, and simulated interviews.
- Offer technical mentorship and aid placement efforts.
- Continuously update the curriculum to reflect current industry standards and innovations.
- Create and maintain an engaging and interactive classroom atmosphere.
Technical Skills Required
- Java Full Stack components: Core and Advanced Java, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring Framework and Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, preferably React.js, SQL, MySQL, Git/GitHub.
- Python fundamentals: Programming concepts, Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures and Algorithms, Django, Flask (preferred), REST APIs, SQL, MySQL, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, basic front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and version control via Git/GitHub.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Experience between 0 to 2 years in either software development or training roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring capabilities.
- A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing aspiring IT professionals.
Compensation and Work Environment
This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from 18,000 to 27,000 INR, commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience.
