About the Role
AIA Group is a major financial services institution with a strong presence in Singapore and globally. In Singapore, it has led the group employee benefits market for 19 consecutive years and also holds the largest share in personal policies.
Compensation and Earnings
This position offers a monthly base pay ranging from S$3,000 to S$7,000, depending on experience and the most recent drawn salary, along with uncapped commissions and bonuses. The commission structure is described as highly competitive and continues to pay out until retirement.
Training and Support
You will be placed with one of the company’s top agencies, and full structured training plus ongoing guidance will be provided from the beginning. The role also comes with access to several cold-market platforms, giving you more sales channels than many other firms and reducing the need to rely on friends and family for referrals. Help will be provided to secure the first few cases so you can build momentum early in your career.
Role Scope
- Identify the financial objectives of individual or corporate clients and recommend suitable investment, insurance, or savings solutions.
- Deliver a strong customer service experience together with sound advisory support.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Growth Opportunities
Over time, you may move into specialist areas such as investments, corporate insurance and group employee benefits, or general insurance sales. High performers may also progress into senior consultant roles or take on leadership responsibilities for a team or agency.

Licensing and Exam Requirements
Selected candidates must pass four examinations before starting: RES5, M9, M9A, and HI. The exam fees will be fully covered by the company.

Experienced consultants are welcome and may be considered for a senior title.
