- Offer tailored support in choosing frames and lenses that balance visual performance, comfort, and appearance.
- Carry out precise dispensing measurements using Specsavers digital tools and complete quality checks on eyewear.
- Build product knowledge across frames, lenses, lens treatments, and ongoing promotions so customers receive accurate guidance.
- Handle after-care support and use practical problem-solving to address customer concerns and complaints.

A friendly, confident, and outgoing approach is important, along with the ability to suggest suitable products and styling options. The company is also looking for someone who values long-term customer relationships and is aligned with its customer experience approach. Applicants must be legally permitted to work in Canada, as sponsorship or immigration support is not available.
