Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Night Shift Bakery Clerk at our Canmore, Alberta store. This role requires full-time overnight availability.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to both customers and team members by going above and beyond expectations.
- Operate the cash register efficiently and assist customers by bagging groceries.
- Provide knowledgeable insights and information about bakery products to customers.
- Maintain department shelves to be fully stocked and attractively presented.
- Ensure all displayed bakery items are fresh and meet quality standards.
- Address customer inquiries professionally to enhance their shopping experience.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to uphold a safe and hygienic environment.
- Utilize various tools, including knives, safely as part of daily tasks.
Candidate Profile
- Have enthusiasm for quality food and delivering excellent customer service.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic coupled with a proactive "get it done" attitude.
- Demonstrate integrity, enthusiasm, and a readiness to exceed expectations.
- Previous experience in retail customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
