Full-Time Nanny / House Manager

Position Overview

Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency in Pinellas-Sarasota is seeking experienced full-time nannies or house managers to provide attentive and developmentally appropriate care for infants and young children in a private home environment. Candidates must possess patience, adaptability, and excellent communication skills, as families prioritize consistent, dependable caregivers who maintain open dialogue.

Responsibilities

The selected nanny will be responsible for hands-on childcare duties, including monitoring developmental milestones, establishing routines, and engaging children with age-appropriate activities to support early growth stages. These are long-term roles with an expectation of commitment through significant early childhood phases.

Requirements

Applicants need a minimum of three years of professional childcare experience, the ability to successfully clear background screening, and reliable transportation to the job location.

Schedule & Compensation

The work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 7 AM to either 3 PM or 5 PM, with hourly pay ranging between $22 and $24, depending on experience.
