Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Role Overview

Join Mondelēz International’s mission to shape the future of snacking as a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer. In this field-based role, you will help meet customer merchandising needs by building strong in-store relationships, keeping shelves stocked, and setting up or refreshing displays. You’ll also represent well-known brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

What You’ll Do

• Act as Mondelēz’s point of contact in stores and partner with sales representatives to improve product visibility and create promotional displays.
• Complete store visits in line with Mondelēz DSD merchandising standards, including taking display photos at assigned locations.
• Place orders through an iPad tablet to keep shelf and display inventory available and properly stocked.
• Make sure Nabisco brands are consistently presented, replenished, and maintained according to company guidelines.
• Confirm that the sales representative’s agreements with store managers are being carried out, and escalate any concerns to Mondelēz management.
• Work according to the daily route and schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store coverage.
• Support seasonal selling efforts, seasonal display setups, and new product introductions.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional presence while representing the company in stores.

Candidate Profile

The ideal person is self-driven, professional, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving retail environment. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between stores using a personal vehicle are required, with mileage reimbursed under company policy. This role involves regular physical activity, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, plus occasional pushing and pulling of more than 50 lbs while moving products from stock areas to the sales floor and stocking shelves.

Location and Schedule

Primary work location: Dalton, GA. Secondary locations include Chatsworth, GA, Rocky Face, GA, and Varnell, GA. Availability is required Monday through Friday, and candidates should live within 25–35 miles of the primary location.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range is $16.00 to $18.00, depending on relevant experience. Additional Information

Preferred education is a high school diploma or GED. Prior retail or grocery experience is considered an advantage. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license issued by their state of residence. This is a regular field sales position.
