LivWell Infusions is looking for a highly organized, detail-focused, bilingual Medical Scheduler to support its healthcare operations. This role centers on coordinating patient appointments, aligning clinician schedules, and helping keep day-to-day center activities running smoothly.

Key responsibilities
- Organize and update patient appointments while balancing urgency, provider availability, and patient preferences.
- Manage a large volume of inbound calls and emails, answering questions and resolving scheduling issues.
- Keep patient details current and accurate in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Work closely with clinicians and administrative teammates to fix scheduling conflicts and make the best use of available resources.
- Handle appointment modifications, cancellations, and rescheduling in a timely manner.
- Follow patient privacy rules and comply with facility procedures at all times.
- Support infusion centers in Northern California by assisting at the front office when needed.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma is required; an associate degree or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment, ideally in scheduling.
- Comfort using medical scheduling tools and EMR platforms.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes.
- Strong communication and client service abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and maintain accuracy.
- Well-developed organization and time management skills.

Work environment
