About the Role
ESS – Defence, Energy and Government Services is seeking a dedicated full-time Cleaner to join their cleaning and facilities teams. This position requires commitment to maintaining hygienic, safe environments at various Defence, Government, and Energy sector sites, contracted for 35 hours per week at Corsham, England.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cleaning and facilities personnel to ensure client and customer environments are clean and safe.
- Perform dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming of designated areas with high attention to quality.
- Regularly sanitize surfaces, floors, windows, and frequently touched locations.
- Quickly respond to spillages and other additional cleaning requirements.
- Manage waste disposal by emptying bins appropriately.
- Keep track of and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Strong organizational abilities and detail-oriented approach.
- Enjoyment of practical, task-focused work.
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexible and adaptable work attitude.
