Job Responsibilities
- Warmly greet each guest using positive, engaging language and body language.
- Handle incoming telephone calls professionally, directing them to the appropriate staff.
- Accurately record and manage guest identification and documentation to keep organized records.
- Use computer systems to check in guests and fulfill related duties.
- Coordinate with staff to manage guest flow into the sales area, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and mail sorting.
- Collaborate with team members to sustain an efficient and friendly environment.
- Maintain cleanliness, stocking, and organization of the dispensary according to company standards.
- Efficiently process orders, manage cash transactions, and keep a balanced cash drawer.
- Stay informed about current industry trends and product offerings.
- Prepare flower products by breaking down bulk into selling quantities.
- Update menus and signage with clear and attractive information.
- Assist with regular audits and comprehensive monthly inventories, ensuring proper tagging and tracking of marijuana products via METRC.
- Carry out any other assigned responsibilities.
Job Requirements
- Must possess knowledge of cannabis products and industry practices.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and excellent time management abilities.
- Capacity to operate within a strictly regulated environment.
