Full Time Account Merchandiser at PepsiCo Beverages

Compensation and Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise Pepsi products on store shelves, racks, coolers, and displays using manual or powered equipment.
• Support in-store promotions by keeping shelves well-stocked and maximizing promotional displays.
• Collaborate closely with Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to ensure superior service for all Pepsi accounts.
• Organize and maintain the back-room inventory in a clean and orderly manner.
• Manage product rotation to remove expired items and maintain product freshness.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or an equivalent credential.
• Open to students applying for this position.
• Possession of a valid Class G driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Physical ability to regularly lift heavy items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently.
• Strong time management capabilities.

Desirable Experience (Not Required)

• Previous merchandising or customer service experience.
• Experience working in grocery retail environments.
