Role Overview

This on-site position in Accra is responsible for preparing customer orders correctly and within the required time. The Fulfilment Officer ensures items are selected, packed, and released for delivery in line with company standards. The role also involves working with warehouse or store staff, checking inventory, flagging stock mismatches, and supporting product availability. In addition, the officer coordinates with delivery partners, monitors order progress, helps resolve fulfilment problems quickly, and keeps the work area safe, tidy, and well-organized.

Key Duties

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with speed and accuracy.
• Ensure orders are handed over for dispatch according to internal process and timing standards.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse or store teams to support smooth operations.
• Track inventory levels and report any stock differences or shortages.
• Work with delivery partners to help ensure timely order dispatch.
• Monitor order status and assist with quick resolution of fulfilment-related issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
• Follow standard operating procedures and contribute ideas that improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.

Required Profile

• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail are essential for handling several orders accurately.
• Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume fulfilment or warehouse setting with tight turnaround times.
• Basic digital skills are needed, including familiarity with smartphones, inventory or order systems, and workplace communication apps.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are important for collaborating with operations, warehouse, and delivery colleagues.
• A service-oriented mindset with a focus on dependability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Must be physically able to stand for long periods and safely lift, move, and arrange products when required.
• Experience in fulfilment, logistics, retail, or warehouse work is beneficial.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; extra training in logistics or supply chain is an advantage.

Eligibility

Applicants should be able to work full-time on-site in Accra and meet the physical and operational demands of a fast-paced fulfilment environment. Candidates with prior exposure to fulfilment, logistics, retail, or warehouse operations are preferred, though this is not mandatory.
