Fulfillment Coordinator

About the Role

EditCo Bio is recruiting a highly organized and detail-focused Fulfillment Coordinator to assist with lab operations, inventory control, and international logistics. This role ensures precise handling of product receipt, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping procedures, while maintaining adherence to company policies and shipping regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and global shipments utilizing FedEx, DHL, and other courier platforms.
• Prepare and process all shipping documents including customs paperwork and commercial invoices.
• Track shipment progress and resolve any shipment-related issues.
• Inspect and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Keep accurate records for shipping, receiving, and inventory management within company systems.
• Organize and stock laboratory supplies and consumables efficiently.
• Conduct cycle counts, inventory audits, and restock to maintain inventory accuracy and avoid shortages.

Qualifications and Experience

• Associate degree or relevant certification is preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory management roles.
• Hands-on experience using shipping software like FedEx Ship Manager and DHL Express.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Proficient with Google Workspace tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred Skills

• Background in biotechnology, life sciences, or lab settings.
• Knowledge of handling temperature-sensitive and biological material shipments.
• Familiarity with inventory management, ERP, or Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Understanding of international shipping regulations, customs documentation, and import/export compliance.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 60-70 pounds.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for long durations.
• Commitment to safety standards in warehouse and laboratory environments.
