Linfox invites dedicated drivers to join their Resource and Industrial division, operating in Lytton, Queensland. This division collaborates with Australia's leading energy providers to distribute fuel products across metropolitan Brisbane and regional Queensland. The role involves managing a cutting-edge fleet and delivering fuel safely as part of a 12-shift rotating schedule involving early mornings and afternoons. This is a permanent full-time position emphasizing safety, customer service, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and uphold Linfox's rigorous safety standards at all times.
• Focus daily efforts on the Vision Zero safety initiative.
• Perform coupling and uncoupling procedures in strict adherence to guidelines.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent Linfox professionally to clients.
• Apply thorough understanding of Chain of Responsibility obligations and road transport legislation.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a current and valid Heavy Combination (HC) or Multi Combination (MC) driving license.
• Valid Dangerous Goods (DG) license to safely transport hazardous materials.
• Safe Load Pass (SLP) certification.
• Completion of current terminal inductions is highly desirable.
• Commitment to managing fatigue effectively with an understanding of shift work dynamics.
• Knowledge of proper manual handling practices to minimize risks.
• Strong work ethic combined with excellent customer service and communication abilities.
