Job description

About the role

This is a permanent, full-time, on-site opportunity based at the Listowel site. The position reports to the Food Safety and Quality Manager and is central to the upkeep of QHSE systems and day-to-day processes. The role is suited to someone who is detail-focused, communicates well with a range of stakeholders, and can balance several priorities in a fast-moving environment. It also offers the chance to begin or advance a career in Food Safety and Quality within a collaborative and expanding team.

Key duties

  • Keep records and information files accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare recurring reports, KPI dashboards, and statistical summaries.
  • Liaise with customers and external contacts as needed.
  • Handle Salesforce requests and approval workflows.
  • Maintain the QHSE Intelex platform and act as the site superuser.
  • Update procedures and SOPs across the relevant systems.
  • Take part in internal audit activities.
  • Coordinate laundry and locker arrangements for medium care areas.
  • Carry out routine QA tasks such as swabbing, metal checks, and audit preparation.
  • Complete other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • A third-level qualification in a science-related subject is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to stay effective under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Adaptable approach with the flexibility to respond to changing priorities.
