Become an essential part of the First Vignette Collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a Front Office/Shift Leader. This role places you at the forefront of guest experience, representing the Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel with energy, warmth, and precision. Ideal for candidates passionate about luxury hospitality, this position offers the chance to deliver personalized, outstanding service daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Front Office operations to ensure smooth processes during check-in and check-out.
- Support colleagues in efficiently managing guest requests and inquiries to achieve positive resolutions.
- Keep the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors informed about guest feedback and interdepartmental matters.
- Consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service standards.
- Inform the team of special functions or arrival of VIP guests.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of all room types, rates, promotions, and hotel services.
- Supervise and maintain the appearance, standards, and performance of the Front Office team with focus on training and teamwork.
- Utilize up-selling strategies to maximize room occupancy and promote hotel amenities.
- Ensure team members are well-informed about all relevant product and local information.
- Exhibit leadership qualities that motivate team members to exceed service expectations.
- Operate front office equipment and property management systems according to policies and procedures.
- Adhere strictly to company brand standards.
- Collaborate with other departments and foster positive working relationships.
- Partner with management to identify and complete specific projects during the placement.
