Our mission at Ibis London Heathrow Airport is to create memorable moments for our guests, by connecting hearts from arrival to farewell. We are seeking a Front Office Team Member to join our team. This is a permanent position with flexible hours, offering a competitive hourly wage of £14.80. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service. The hotel is conveniently located near London Heathrow Airport and features a restaurant and a large outdoor car park.

Job Description

As a Front Office Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all guests. Your duties will include managing guest registrations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and courteously. You will maintain accurate guest accounts, provide precise information, and promptly address any guest requests. A key aspect of this role is to lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth communication between guests and various hotel departments. You will handle incoming calls professionally, manage reservations with precision, and follow strict security protocols to safeguard guest data and transactions. Additionally, you will be expected to maximize sales opportunities through effective guest interactions, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure all guest and hotel accounts are up-to-date. You will also be responsible for the upkeep of hotel equipment, assisting the Food & Beverage department when required, and adhering to fire and evacuation procedures. Addressing guest concerns and escalating issues when necessary are also part of the role, with a continuous focus on achieving total customer satisfaction.
