Role Overview
The hotel is looking for a Front Office Agent / Receptionist to join the team as soon as possible. This person will bring strong commitment, a clear focus on excellent service, and genuine enthusiasm for creating positive guest experiences within a lively front office setting.
Key Duties
- Act as the first point of contact for guests while enjoying the energetic pace of the lobby.
- Handle smooth check-in and check-out processes, along with reservations, guest questions, phone calls, and payment processing.
- Support a complete and high-quality guest journey by advising visitors on local attractions, dining options, and events.
- Bring patience, empathy, and a warm presence to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.
- Work proactively with colleagues and other departments to keep guest satisfaction high and ensure front office operations run efficiently.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is service-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a demanding hospitality environment. A hands-on attitude, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential.
