About the Role

The H2 Hotel Düsseldorf Seestern is a contemporary 3-star property with 300 rooms and part of the Revo Hospitality Group. Located in the Seestern business district of Düsseldorf, it offers quick access to the city center and the airport. The hotel serves business travelers, city visitors, and groups who value a convenient location, modern comfort, and warm hospitality.

As a member of the team, you will help create smooth and pleasant stays through professional, friendly, and dependable service across the front office, breakfast service, housekeeping, and food & beverage areas. The hotel features a varied breakfast buffet, an in-house restaurant serving international cuisine, and a bar for relaxed evening gatherings.

This role is based in a workplace shaped by Düsseldorf’s international character, where service quality, teamwork, and hospitality are part of everyday life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and act as their first point of contact at the reception.
  • Manage the guest journey smoothly from arrival check-in through departure check-out.
  • Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure an excellent guest experience.
  • Handle cash management and complete accurate front office billing and reconciliation.
  • Respond to individual guest requests with attentiveness, initiative, and a strong service mindset.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed training in hospitality or initial experience as a career changer with a strong interest in guest service.
  • Strong service orientation and the ability to make guests feel genuinely welcome.
  • Good spoken and written English skills for daily interaction with international guests.
  • Strong organizational ability and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively, including under pressure.
