Role Overview
We seek Front of House Team Members who are enthusiastic about team collaboration and passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences. Training and development support will be provided to help you grow your skills. Your main role will involve assisting in food and beverage preparation and service, making friendly recommendations to patrons, and ensuring the pub environment remains clean and safe for everyone.
Key Duties
- Assist with the preparation and service of food and beverages at The Castle.
- Provide friendly and helpful recommendations to enhance guests' visits.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the venue for guests and staff.
