About the Role

Tajima Yakiniku restaurant, located in the bustling Sydney CBD near Town Hall, is seeking motivated individuals to join their Front of House team. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic and modern dining environment delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive and friendly demeanor.
• Efficiently handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Communicate effectively and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with customers and team members.
• Prior hospitality experience is preferred, especially in Japanese dining settings.
• Skilled in POS system usage and precise handling of payment transactions.
• Possess knowledge of alcoholic beverages, able to recommend and serve appropriately; bartending skills are advantageous.
• Availability to work on a flexible 7-day rotating schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
